Request a Proposal

Every client receives a custom built property management plan according to their needs. When you request your proposal, we will work with you to determine which services you will be requiring from our team. This can be anything from Administration and Bookkeeping services all the way up to Full Service Management in which we also manage your maintenance needs.

We will also need all information pertaining to the property. What type of property is it? How many units does it include? Etc.

Should your property be a condominium, we will collect from you the bylaws, plans, current budgets, financial statements, and any pertinent information the is necessary for the administration of your property.

It is important to note, that our team will walk through this process with you 100% of the way and we will give you guidance on all of these steps!

Build Your Property Management Plan

Our first step to building your unique property management plan is to meet with your Board of Directors. We work for them, and we want to ensure that we are all on the same page as far as expectations and what you wish to see from our team. We will discuss what your property management plan should include, and build a plan to meet all of those requirements.

Sign Agreements

We basically take it from here! Your job is now to make the decisions, and we will implement them. Once you give us all of the documents and accesses that we need, it is our job to build your Corporation from there!

Evaluation and Implementation

Once we have all of your information and your are signed on as a client, our team gets busy doing an ‘audit’ of your Corporation. Simply put, we will do a thorough evaluation of your administrative items and determine your administrative needs. We will look at your Corporations overall health, provide guidance and make suggestions, and then implement and tackle administrative deficiencies according to the Board’s direction.
